No matter what happens in my life, the Source is God, so whatever He chooses to prevent or not to prevent, He has purpose and it is wrong and foolish for me to resent anything the Lord permits or prevents. There is a particular circumstance in my life at the present time which is difficult and unpleasant. God could have prevented it but He chose to let it happen. It is sin for me to resent anything that God does or does not prevent.
The Gospel (1 Thessalonians 5:10) is not about getting people into heaven. The Gospel is about getting God into people while they are on earth. When the eternal Life of God is within them by the cleansing power of the Blood of Jesus, they have salvation, they are baptized by the Holy Spirit into the family of God and (Ephesians 2:19) citizenship in heaven.
God said (Psalms 14:3), (Romans 1:21-22), (Romans 3:23) there is none good. God also said (Psalms 37:23) that the steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord. How did that man become good? What is a good man?
A good man is a redeemed sinner who has been cleansed by the Blood of Jesus and walks in obedience because his steps are ordered by the Lord so that he is able to walk in obedience. The Holy Spirit has baptized us into the family of God which is the body of Christ and we must depend on the Holy Spirit (1 Timothy 4:7) for a holy life of godliness. Godliness plus contentment (Timothy 6:6) equals great gain. It has been said that if little is not enough, there will be nothing that is ever enough.
When I see it is always against Holy God and I do not deserve God’s forgiveness, but Jesus paid the horrendous price on the Cross, He paid my sin-debt in full so Jesus deserves that God will forgive me. Therefore, I am fully forgiven on the basis of what Jesus deserves. Do we even begin to comprehend Grace?

When we walk in the flesh according to the carnal mind (1 Corinthians 3:3) that so is rooted in our old nature which, we inherited from Adam. When we are born again, we receive a new nature. We become partakers (2 Peter 1:4) of the Devine Nature, the Nature of God Himself. That Holy Nature we received cannot sin. By the enabling power of the Holy Spirit, we can practice in everyday life what we are in position before God.
The Old nature – is the sinful nature. The New Nature – doing only (John 6:38) what pleases the Father. It is the New Divine Nature which cannot sin.
